Mr. Mohammed Aldukheil

• Mohammed Aldukheil is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Aldukheil Financial Group.
• Mohammed has 20 years of experience in Investment Banking focusing on ECM, M&A and Private Equity.
• Prior to assuming his current role, Mohammed was the head of Investment Banking at AFG and the CEO of Computer and Systems Engineering Company, an IT company providing solutions to the financial sector.
• Mohammed obtained his MBA and BSBA degrees from the American University in Washington D.C.

Mr. Ashraf Ghazali

• Ashraf Ghazali is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Aldukheil Financial Group.
• Ashraf has 19 years of experience in Financial Advisory and Investment Banking focusing on ECM, M&A and Private Equity.
• Ashraf joined AFG in 2002 as an Assistant Manager. By 2009, Ashraf was Head of AFG’s Equity Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services.
• Ashraf obtained his MBA from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) in KSA and his BSBA from the University of Khartoum in Sudan.
