We have been engaged in financial advisory since 1979 as the first boutique investment bank in the Kingdom, previously under the Consulting Center for Finance and Investment (CCFI).
After the establishment of Capital Market Authority in 2003, CCFI was one of the first boutique investment banks to obtain the arranging and advisory licenses and continued with its new identity as Aldukheil Financial Group since 2007.
We are one of the first to execute Initial Public Offerings in Saudi Arabia, having listed the most significant number of transactions and some of the largest private corporates such as SABIC, Al Rajhi Bank, SABB and more.

Aldukheil Financial Group is a Saudi Arabian boutique investment bank founded by Dr. Abdulaziz Aldukheil in 1979 as the Consulting Center for Finance and Investment (CCFI).
