Roula Tannoura

Roula Tannoura is the COO at Aldukheil managing ECM transactions. As a Manager, Roula and her team successfully executed ECM transactions in the Main and Parallel markets, including IPOs, RIs, and M&A transactions. Roula joined Aldukheil in 2008 and over the years executed transactions across different sectors including education, healthcare, and manufacturing, both on the main market and the parallel market, as well as managing private placement transactions.
